"Membership was fine, but not quite what I expected"
I expected the membership to be a little more straightforward overall. It’s decent and has some value, but the billing was more confusing than I thought it would be, which made the experience feel just okay.

"Exterior looked really clean"
I took my car in mainly because the outside was looking rough, and it reminded me of when my dad would make a big deal about keeping the car spotless before a weekend drive. When I picked it up, the paint had that nice shine again and the windows were super clear with no weird streaks.
I did notice a couple of tiny spots near the mirrors, but nothing that bothered me much. Overall, I was really happy with how clean it looked and I’d definitely feel good bringing it back again.

"Place wasn’t very clean"
The car wash itself was okay, but the waiting area didn’t feel very clean. The floors looked dirty and there was trash sitting around, which made the whole place feel kind of neglected. When I mentioned it, it felt like they just blamed it on policy or said there wasn’t much they could do, which was frustrating. Not the best experience overall.

"Vacuum worked well"
I stopped by after a beach trip and the vacuum did a really solid job. The suction was strong enough to get most of the sand and crumbs out quickly. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but for a quick clean-up, I was happy with it.

The car wash itself turned out fine, so no real complaints there. I just assumed it would be quick since it didn’t look that busy, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. Maybe they were short-staffed or backed up in some way, not sure. The staff seemed nice enough, though. I’d probably go back if I wasn’t in a rush.

"I felt comfortable leaving my car here..."
I felt comfortable leaving my car here, and they did handle it carefully. No scratches, no weird issues afterward, so I’m happy about that. The only annoying part was the extra effort it took on my end to get everything sorted, which was a bit of a hassle. But overall, my car came back fine...

"Staff were alright, just a bit hit or miss"
The staff were... okay overall, I guess a bit mixed. A few of them were really polite and looked professional, which was nice. But there was one guy who seemed kind of rushed and not all that interested in helping. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just felt like they could’ve been a little friendlier.

"Good wash for the price, but instructions could be clearer"
I paid less than I thought I would, and my car came out looking clean overall, so I’d say it was worth it. I just wish the instructions were a little clearer, especially for first-timers, since I wasn’t totally sure what to do at a couple points.

"really Nice staff and quick help"
Had a little issue with my wash, and the guy at the counter was Really nice about it. He took care of it right away and didn’t make it awkward or a big deal. great Customer service, felt like they actually cared. I’ll definitely be back.

"Better clean than I expected, but took a bit"
I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, but the seats looked much cleaner when they were done. There was a small wait, which I didn’t really plan for, but overall I was happy with how the interior turned out.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but my car came out really clean and I didn’t notice any spots left behind. it was reassuring to see it look that good after the wash.

"Really solid detail job"
Got my car detailed here and was happy with how it turned out. Seats, mats, and all the little corners looked way cleaner than expected. Missed a tiny spot by the cup holder, but not a big deal. Would come back again.

"They sorted it out quickly"
I had a wash come out kind of off, and I was annoyed at first because I was in a rush that day too. I emailed them, not really expecting much, but they replied the next day and offered to redo it. The person was nice about it, which helps a lot. Anyway, I went back and the second wash was way better. So yeah, not the best start, but they handled it without making it awkward or turning it into a whole thing. I’d probably use them again.

"Hard to find a good time slot"
Tried booking a wash through classiccarwash.com, and the site itself was easy to figure out. No real issues getting through the steps.

Only problem was the appointment times. Most of the slots I wanted were already taken, and the next ones that actually worked for me were a few days away.

Service was fine once I finally got it booked. Just wish there were more available times, because that part made it a little frustrating.
